I have a humdinger of a cold. quite possibly man flu. I'm never ill and I hate it hate it hate it!!

I was in a meeting, presenting to some customers yesterday and I could feel it coming, trying desperately not to sneeze the whole time was so distracting and I lost the thread of what I was saying so many times they must have through I was mad!

Anyway, went to bed at 8pm last night feeling crud, woke up at 4 and had a bath and drugs and still feel crap now.
