tiffanysamantha85 Posted December 19, 2014 Share Posted December 19, 2014 Hi there My husband and I emigrate to Melbourne in July 2015 but we are taken 2 to 3 months off work when we arrive, before we settle, and we're renting a campervan and travelling up the East coast with our labrador. Has anyone ever travelled with their dog? Does anyone have any tips/ advice etc? Also, does anyone have any tips on campervan hire for those months too? Diane Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 Only thing I know is you may have trouble travelling through any conservation parks with a dog on board. One time we took ours with us and drove through one, we got stopped by a warden and told off. Apparently even if you have absolutely no intention of stopping, or of letting the dog out, it's still not allowed.
