Thanks - I have an update - I have emailed the LCU wit the Tracking NO for Royal Mail International Signed For (Air Mail) - I have conracted Royal Mail and they said that they should arrive within 7 working days - but to allow 20!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT!!!! LCU on their original email said that they had located our 'file' but the meds were yet to be received??? What file?? I thought that if they had a file for us, they would have docs to go in it??? Anyway, I have done the contact us thingy on Auspost too - I think I have covered all the ground I can at this stage - they were only sent 20th Feb and left UK 21st on route to Australia - Watch this space and all that!
