Hiya MissLily,

We recently (jan) brought our 15 year old cat! to perth, we used pets on the move www.petsonthemove.co.uk because they had a north west office (we lived in preston). We payed £1,330 - they applied for all permits, arranged travel etc., and when we picked Becky up a couple of weeks ago we paid $665. The quarantine in Byford is brilliant, Becky had obviously been well cared for, she hadn't lost weight, you can visit your pet if you want to - we didn't as my daughter said she'd be too upset, but we did make a couple of phone calls and they were great. I can't fault the service at all that we received in the UK and in Peth (someone actually came to the house to collect the cat) an I know that it's expensive (it only cost us - a family of 4 £500 more to fly to perth), but it has meant the world to my daughter and we couldn't have put a price on that
