Yes, it was just an example to demonstate the importance of relative humidity over temp.
The reason I gave that particular example is I've just been working in those two environs at work & the 35 @ 98% was absolute hell to work in but the 50 @ 50% was surprisingly easy?
Out of curiosity (I've never lived that far north) what would be the worst conditions you can expect?
