Go to "Edit Weather Options" in Edit Profile. Scroll down to "Find Your Location ID by City" and put in city and country. A list of cities that match should pop up. Select the right one. After this click save changes above this section and this info is then saved. You should then be able to see the weather on the forum home page at the bottom.
