Hi all,

We are heading to Brisbane for a holiday in May. We wouldn't mind looking around at a few neighborhoods to see if it is any better than Sydney.

We need to be as close to the CBD or near to quick transport links to the city. We like the newer type of houses/estates. Schools, nice areas are important. We have a budget of upto $800k.
