As you are under 31 you would be able to apply for a working holiday visa with no problems. This allows you to work in Australia for up to 2 years (for 6 months with each employer).
It's relatively cheap to do and can be arranged through and of the big travel agents in London (Trailfinders, Travelbag).
This would be the way to go if you are not planning it as a permanent move at this stage.
