Hi ABC Diamond,

I wonder if you can answer a couple of questions for me on this subject.

We are looking to rent. Do you know if the rates are included in the rent or do you pay this seperately?? And also, I believe - and I could be wrong, but when you pay rent, your electricity is included in the monthly rental payments. Does this mean that we are covered by the ambulance service should we need it, or would we need to take out a seperate policy??
