Hi ya, we leave the UK on the 19th February, heading for a bit of a break in Thailand for a month, and then arrive in Melbourne 21 March, I know scary. We are like you not got anything arrange in the form of accommodation, we are probably going to get 4-6 weeks in long term Guest house, as it is only me and mark we aren't that fussed, found one on the net which specialises in long term workign travellers, okay shared kitchen and bathroom but hey I have done it before also want to get have some time to find my feet, been to Melbourne before but that was only when traveling in auz previouslay so don't really know the ares, don't want to rent somewhere straight away without being certain of the area and it will give us one less thing to worry about on our arrival. Luckily we didn't get any restrictions on our visa so we plan to settle on the outskits of Melbourne, with Mark being a brickie thats where the work will be but, personally he won't care as long as there are numerous golf courses in easy reach.....
