thanks for your feedback, it is really hard when you have been travelling in Auz before but now making the move as to where you go, had a look at some place in North Melbourne, rent a we bit more expensive but the hopefully enough work to keep the old man busy so I can get something part-time, cheers, roll on Jan 06.
