Why do you need to get
PR straight away?
Ive chosen to go the Sponser route, using Geneva health. They can get me a visa for 4 yrs with an option to get
PR either through sponser or independantly within 6 months of being there. The registration is what takes the longest. Which you should be able to get in 6 months, then your out there.
