PR visas for nurses and working hours

At the moment i don't have the 12 months of working 20 hrs per week behind me so i cannot apply for the 175 visa. I have spoken to WA health and thought my only option would be to go 457 and get PR once there either sponsosred or independednt once i have more working hours, but it seems i could be sponsored for a PR by WA health from the word go which obviously i would jump at if given the opportunity.

I presume it would be the ENS 121/856 visa they are talking about and i've had a look on the immi.gov website and it states you need toi have worked 3 years full time up to appliation but occupations on the MODL list (of which nursing is) are exempt from this. Is this true???

If i can get PR visa sponsorship from the start i would be much happier even if it takes a little longer to get over there
