Hiya Hollie. We live here noww<3 Where abouts are you moving I know you are moving to Brisbane but which like place, I live on Pacific Pines.. It is a nice here lots of things to do we have Wet 'n' Wild annual passes it is a big water park and apparentley the summers over here get unbearable so if you live anywhere near Wet 'n' Wild I would recommend you get a pass..
There are also lots of theme parks around this area and they are fantastic really fun, and yeah hairdressing is a good thing to do over here because they are short on hairdressers!! Haha you haven't owned a pair of trainers in your life over here you won't want too do alot of sports because it is very humid. If you want to know anything else then just ask!! and if you have an msn account then just pm it to me and I will add you and we can speak on this but remember we are 9hours ahead of you lol i usually go on about 8:30pm Australia time.
