Its now reality, we are going. We exchanged contracts on our house sale today. After months and months of it being on and off, sold not sold, broken promises we exchanged today at 4.30pm. Cant believe it.
Sorry we didnt put any threads on about it but we just didnt want to temp fate and all that!
Havent booked flights yet as we have to sort the dog out AGAIN as he was supposed to fly yesterday morning but we dare not send him as we hadnt exchanged and we still wasnt sure if it would exchange or just fall through as its a chain of 3 and we were at the end.
As soon as we have booked the flights I will let you all know, we are just so relieved its all gone through.
We even took a chance today and had the shippers come and take all our stuff.If was such a relief at 4.35pm to phone and tell them to ship it and not put it in storage.
OMG its really happening.
We would just like to thank all on this site for all the help and encouragement over this traumatic journey.
We have had a great time and met some fabulous FRIENDS on this forum.
