We are relocating from Perth to Melbourne and are putting our house 4 bedroom and study/5th bedroom for rent at $450p/w. We are 10 minutes from the beach and have a solar heated pool. We live in Padbury which I would say is a middleclass area with lots of young families and surrounded by posher suburbs. We are about 20 minutes from the city (45 in traffic).
Its a lovely city - beaches to die for
