i,m confused....... what 38 year old cut off are you talking about ? the cut off age for a skilled work visa is 45 unless it,s just totally passed by without me noticing which of course is very possible lol. seriously though the cut off age for general skilled migration is def 45. as long as you have a skill, on the, in the demand list, and the paper qaulifications to prove your skills it is def 45
