Hi,I think its still available if that makes any sense to you.We have it up for sale but its a bit slow at the moment but that in turn has made the rental market red hot,the agents havent got enough properties they tell me.We are about to put it up with a real estate agent this week as we can move out before our new house is ready if need be,the agent has told us to list it at $600 a week but if there are no agents involved we can come to some arrangement.When are you looking at?have you looked at the house on
