HI AUSSIE GIRL

well, i went to solicitor which surprisingly we thought we would be charged at the end of about an hour but was'nt! very nice lady we saw understanding, but... £203 an hour!!!!!!
what she said was that it would probably take about 8 months all in all as cafcass would have to get involved and they are very busy at the mo'. i may jsut start with letter to ex from solicitor and wait and see what i do know though is that no way are we forking out 5 grand just can't do it. she also said after we had long chat that odds are i would win court order and would be advised to use barrister in court who would be experienced in this sort of thing they would charge about a grand, least to say think we would be representing ourselves!

anymore news then will let you know, if you get date for court then send us a message let us know how you get on, good luck...
