Hi All

Feeling apprehensive as have just put our house on the market! Agents have been round and taken photos etc. Will be advertised this weekend!!

My OH and I have been on a 'rocky' road since February. but I am keeping faith, and believe that we should still go ahead with our plans, and things will come together at the right time! We aren't working to a specific time plan and have decided already that if it doesn't sell by end October then we will take it off until next year, and go and validate during Christmas holidays!

I do feel quite excited but am realistic enough to know that it could take ages yet! Really not looking forward to having to make sure it's tidy all the time! With 3 kids, it's almost impossible! I wonder if I can encourage them to eat and sleep in the garden now the weathers better!!!???
