Thanks for all that information Sarah. Really appreciated. In relation to the job front, I guess we should be aiming higher than we think we should be! I work in Stat CP, and Tom works for the NHS managing a large team of mental health workers. Its also good to learn that the employers are family friendly. I will have to remain part time until my youngest starts school over there.

We are heading to Melbourne and surrounding areas. Have never been before, but from research it seems the best "fit" in terms of what we are looking for. We lodged last week so are hoping to do a recce/validate visa at the beginning of next year.

I'm guessing you are in Melbourne? How are you finding it? How did you settle? How long have you been there? All the questions!!! Just tell me to stop. Its a nosy habit!!!
