I understand what you are saying about your dad, I have thought the same sort of things, 'will he bother to get in touch before we go' etc. I know aswell that he wont. But its him that will be missing out in the long run. Like yourself, we have 2 beautiful children and 'they' are what are important. Like you say, Look forward to your new lives in Oz and know that you will all have a better life over there.
