Hi Emma i was reading a thread earlier that stated that there is not alot of call for carpenters in perth don't know if anyone else can shed any light on this  , i notice you have now decided on Tasmania. in the begining we had decided gold coast but hubby a bit worried about working in the humidity so choose perth, but now maybe reconsidering GC as property (so we have been told) are all timber framed and wages are meant to be higher.
