he was very optimistic and said i will have viewings for you the day your sole agency runs out with the other EA.

just be carefull as our first EA said that we signed there and then as he was very good at his sales pitch they were the best at the time, but was up with them 12 weeks and nothing having to ring them up not one viewing even though he had told me they had people on there books.
later found out he is paid commision for everyone he sign's up. we have now been up with another EA and again still no luck it is so fustrating feel like screaming
just wish that one person would hurry up and buy so can book tickets and leave this awful place.
