Hi, We are on our second agent, been on the market since january 08. Had 3 viewings in total. House on for £389 originally, been offered £340 by 1st viewer, said no though, now on for offers in region of £349. Not expecting to get visa til early 09 but my view is except the 1st reasonable offer you get as the market just keeps getting worse. If you dont except an offer now you might be excepting it in a years time. Sell, get out to Oz, sit back and relax in the sun and forget all about it. Hopefully you will see your Ozzy house price increase.
