suee is on a distinguished road
We used a company called airpets based near Heathrow, they will go through the whole process with you, we used them to get our babies here (3 cats and our dog) and they were so caring as our animals had to stay with them for nearly a week before they flew here. They have a website where you can have a look. There are more companies that do this. There is another one called ParAir in Essex, the staff there were nice as well. There are three quarantine stations in Oz, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Have been to the Perth kennels and they were very nice there, gets it usually booked up months ahead, our animals were in quarantine in Melbourne and the staff there were great, two of our animals were on medication and I was worried about this, did'nt need to, the staff were caring and friendly. The quarantine kennels also on the web, I think it is under AQIS. Make sure you check their vaccinations with the company you use because they have to be up to date and they must'nt be innoculated against leptospirosis. Check this out with whoever you use, they will have all of the details. We were also worried about the flight as our dog was easily stressed, they gave her rescue remedy in her water and this helped calm her down. Quarantine from England is 30 days in Oz. Good luck!!!
