Hi All! If anyone is looking for a fully-furnished rental property in Perth, I have a brand new 3 bed, 2 bath home in Clarkson that is fully-furnished and equipped. It's only a 5-minute drive to the coast and Mindarie Marina, 30 seconds walk to a park and bus stop, just a 5-minute walk to the train station (a direct 30 minute ride to the centre of Perth), and a short walk to the shops and the pub.
