1. Buy secondhand just now and then get new stuff when you buy a house ( to me this seems like wasting money by paying for something you dont intend to keep - no matter how cheap it is)

2. Buy new things you like so you can take it to you new home ( even if it is not really in keeping with your rental but money well spent)

3. Rent a furnished place and stay there until you find somewhere to buy (maybe up to 12 weeks)

What do you think?

HI MANDY .... I THINK I WOULD GO WITH OPTION 2 ..... ALTHOUGH BEING IN A FULLY FURNISHED PROPERTY WOULD SAVE YOU HAVING TO BUY STRAIGHT AWAY .... I HAVE FOUND VIA REAL ESTATE ETC THAT FURNISHED HOUSES ARE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE TO RENT .... YOU COULD BE USING THE EXTRA MONEY TO BUY THINGS FOR YOUR OWN HOME .... SO AT LEAST ITS NOT MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN SO TO SPEAK
