Your info about my daughters situation is so helpful.
I am now changing tactic and looking at including her as a dependant on our application.
I never imagined that she could be granted
PR on our visa .... my brother said that may even entitle her to CA whilst she continues her studies!
We have decided to go ahead with the SA fo my partner and my sisters partner and take things from there.
Gollywobbler has kindly agreed to look further at the parent situation for me ....... so fingers crossed this might just happen.
