We love in in WA, compared to QLD I think perth house prices are slightly higher although I did hear that they were slowing down whilst QLD house prices were rising. Have you looked on Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au median house prices for Rockingham are about $405,000, Waikiki $360,000, Port Kennedy $395,000, Sectret Harbour $472,00 and Safety Bay $415.00 - this info is from the aussie move website and I'm not sure how uptodate this info is
