Oh Dear poor little thing, hope she manages to have a speedy recovery and gets out of hospital soon
You used to (in my days lol) have a huge crash mat and I mean it was huge !! fling yourself over the bar and land on your back, wouldnt of thought there was much chance of hurting your back on the mat you had! But to jump and land on your feet on solid ground you could damage feet, knees or hips!
You should speak to the school to make sure they were using the equipment in the correct way.
