info.city@cityofperth.wa.gov.au asking for more info on the two dog rule and how to get around it. I got this back:
Hi Nicky,
At present the current regulation states that only 2 dogs per property in the metropolitan area except where a Kennel licence has been granted.
You might like to contact the Western Australian Local Government Association as they might be able to tell you what other councils in the state do.
