Sorry for the confusion, you are correct, however I'm referring to the fact that we lose 5 valuable points once my husband is 35 and we have no way of reaching 120 points for an Independent Visa from then on (unless I go back to work and get the right experience, which is not an option atm). Being Sponsored is our only option to get
PR straight away (otherwise we're looking at Employer sponsorship, but that's a temp visa). So it's just our own personal circumstances that are a pain in the bum. Sorry if I've confused you even more!
