OMG, trying not to get too excited but we have a viewing Saturday  ,only problem is they are coming down for the weekend from scotland and viewing several properties and same old story they haven't sold their house yet!  dont know how the market is up there?any idea anyone?  can't believe im am saying it but can't wait to do my this is the lounge,this is the bathroom bit  , oh well good luck all.
