The last thing I wanted to do was sound as if i was slating you I have worked in customer service and know what its like.

Its the people who make conversation and dont listen then ask the same question again and talk to you because they feel they have to not because they want to and on occassion can be down right rude.


My son works at sainsburys so I understand what it is they do and what they put up with. He left today and the manager was great with him.
