You don't really find towns as such - most suburbs have their own little shopping centres - no 'town shops' as such with a high street. At the moment alot of people have been considering going back to the UK, top of the list seems to be homesickness, missing family and friends, and for some struggling financially. If you're going to be buying new beds and a sofa anyway then I'd buy them here, there's loads of places to buy them from and of course IKEA
