We had an offer on our house today. Surprisingly lower than the asking price.

I almost stood my ground, but crumbled and excepted.

Now i'm feeling both gutted and happy.I've put so much work into the house.I know it's just a house but...well i don't know.

I hope the visa comes before we complete. But then what's another worry, we've had so many the past year.

Oh well, i suppose it's another step closer.
