Hi Ken,

Green Point area is really lovely, it looks out onto Brisbane Water which is an inland lakes area, nearest shopping centre would be Erina Fair which is Huge! You could actually walk to it if you had the urge to do so, but I would suggest driving because of the heat. (ha,ha)

Try looking at some Real Estate sites for housing, Property Central,LJ Hooker, Century 21, there should also be a website for the Central Coast which will give you a lot more info.

Terrigal Beach is about 15mins drive and then you have Avoca Beach about 10mins the other way, also Copacabana Beach. The Entrance is about 20mins further North.
