..Hi Laura..it's an exciting time ain't it!!..take a breath (conserve your energy..you'll need it!)..and savour the moment when you do get the nod for the 'golden tickets'!..you've covered the big things..i think you can set up a bank account with most Aus banks before you go, and then you activate it when you arrive..we go with Commonwealth..i have contacted schools before from the UK and they are very friendly and helpful..one school sent me through an enrolment form..i think as well as the big things, if you can also manage to set up stuff in Aus before you go it all helps ..wishing you all the best and i'm sure it will all fall into place..hope you hear soon and can celebrate getting your visa's!..
