It's a good way of renting as at least your not paying somone elses morgage.

Thanks for the book advice we'll try to get that one.
We have looked at lots of ozzy vans but not been struck by any or there price.
We are due in Perth at the end of May, so we hope its going to be quiet, apart from the gap year grany's who invade all year round.
