The service the government offer is good, but limited, as any service run solely by volunteers would be I guess. We have been in touch with a company called Home2Home Settlements, they seem really professional and friendly, and have really helped us in the whole process, so when we finally arrive in Adelaide, we will be met by someone that we actually know (We went to their stand at one of the shows recently in Surrey and met the lady who runs the company), and as she offers an ongoing service, we will have someone to call once we're there with questions and stuff.
