Hi,

For us location was set by where we got work as I was working shifts initially with an 11pm finsh and I didn't want an hours commute after that. I work in Armadale and hubby's office base is in Malaga - so we're just sor in Leeming. For us it's a great location as we're only 10 mins from the city by train and 20 mins to Freo. Have a good look around when you get here, work out how long it will take hubby to get to work (in rush hour traffic) and it will help you decide the areas you want to live.

Have a look on Australia migration - suburb profiles, accommodation, schools, real estate, jobs in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Darwin and Hobart which has a map of suburbs and average house prices - again it'll give you a bit of an idea of where you want to be.
