a viewer that is, 10:30

the agent said something like 'they a have nothing to sell so we are going to get them through the door' whatever that means, she did not sound very enthusiastic

just been round the house flicking the duster etc really can't be ar**d I have got to the stage where they either like it or they don't and if they like it a little bit of dust will not put them off
