I am really fed up with viewers bloody cheek, one viewer loved the house and therefore made us an offer off £28,000 below the asking price................she thought we would accept because we are moving to OZ. I was fumming, its a insult. Our house is on the market for a fair price and we expect people to offer less but £28,000 less, flip we can rent a house in OZ for 2years for that or as my hubby says, buy a boat !!!(didn't no we were planning too???). Another viewer complained about the sun !!! house on wrong side of road. Good luck Karen with your house, i am sure things will pick up when the spring comes xxKaren K
