Hi Karen K

Once your meds have been processed and cleared the information will be added to the database (DIAC's pride & joy.)

Everybody has stopped moaning about delays at the LCU/HOC, so I think they must be back up to normal operating speed, meaning that your meds should be processed within 2-3 weeks.

I'd say give it at least a fortnight and then ring the Helpdesk at Australia House in London. They have instant access to the database and will be able to tell you when your meds and/or police checks have been cleared. The call costs £1 a minute but there isn't a half-hour canned message to pui up with before a human comes on the line.

I belieev they ask for your passport numbers and if you have the Transaction Reference Number handy as well then so much the better.

Best wishes

Gill
