If your oh gains
PR then you will be a local student which saves a lot of money.
You can transfer credits you need to provide full transcripts and subject descriptions of subjects studied.
As
PR I do not think you can defer fees via HECS but still much lower than international.
Another alternative is to do Oz equivalent of Open University, more fleixble and economic.
