Yes, there are several expat meet ups each year around Melbourne
2) Does anyone have an idea of how the mortgage scheme works there. Is it 3 times your salary, 4 times combined etc etc.
Mortgages are normally based on what you can reasonably expect to be able to pay back depending on your situation and number of dependants etc
3) I am currently a sales rep, would anyone know of job availability in this sector??
There's always room for somebody who is good at their job, a good salesman shouldn't have any problems selling himself
4) Are we going to like it there??????? We are thinking about Pakeham or Berwick to start with.
