Im Dan, louise's oh. I would reccomend using a MLA ( master locksmith association ) approved company, you can use the MLA website to find your nearest one. When someone comes out make sure they understand that you dont want them to damage the lock. If you cant find someone down that way then let me know, I am in kent and if you twist my arm i will come and open it for you.
