Sorry to be so bad at replying !
I don't think it will be a problem. Normally the council rangers do a house check for 3 dog application, check with neighbours etc and it is normally fine. This is suburbia though. Think if on some kind of acergae you can have up to 6 dogs.
Don't want to put a damper on things but you might struggle with renting though ?? I spoke with an agent the other day re renting with dogs and she said that they tend to ask for a pet bond/deposit and sometimes ask for doggie references !!
