You can use the list for evidence from the paper applications for your preparation. You will get a checklist once you've submitted your application online as part of the application process but its not as detailed as the one for the paperwork application and you don't get it until you've clicked the button to apply.

You can submit your applicaiton before getting your police checks back in fact its usually recommended. Your CO will contact you to request this info at some point but you don't have to provide it until then. My advice would just be to get your applicaiton in and get in the queue !
